No objection certificate and it woes

Today I started with the NOC for my vehicle transfer, tried bit with the Driving schools and so called agents!!!, no-one come forward to take over the job, so I got my shoes back to get the job done, because I loved my vehicle. Gone to RTO office near Poonamallee, he asked for the documents like Insurance, Pollution clearance certificate then Ration card each has separate round. Even though managed little bit. Look on this I managed to get the pollution board certificate in 3 minutes, Insurance 5 minutes…

Then so called procedures started, the person in the RTO office asked me to get the Crime Records Bureau certificate to confirm that no records are recorded against my bike. They have given couple of locations to complete the task, when I gone to the first place (HQ) they said it is gone to another place which is near to the HQ (Commissioner’s office).

I gone to that place, there is a another procedure, even though my residence is in Chennai, my bike registered in Poonamallee so that this CRB required the letter from the RTO, which saying there is no problem to give the certificate because I am in Chennai. At last I returned to the RTO office claiming the letter to provide to the CRB office. The officer yelled that all those guys are getting from the same office and its how?

I said what that officer is told I just told to you. He said I think you need to go to other office. Then I updated, they combined at one office separated from Commissioner’s office and located in one place called Chinthadripet police station. Another officer started, this is tedious process so that, any agents are not taking this job. He said this thing too, I can put my bike in the pond or lake and forget about instead of transferring it. I just shocked when he said it.
