NITI Aayog a new Think Tank

India has centralized government, were Prime Minister and Parliament enjoyed centralized powers. Then came provincial governments now it’s called as state governments, Chief minister of the state heading the government for the state where the Governor as the representative of Central government. Gandhiji voted for decentralized government where villages can resolve their own issues, we had local panchayats and municipalities in cities. Still Central government owing the major minerals and public sectors in their bucket. In USA, government getting the powers from States, but in India, states are getting their directives from Central government of India. 

Planning commissions’ setup and directed the financial allocations within the limits of state government. But recently states like Tamilnadu, West Bengal & Uttar Pradesh., earlier Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat & Karnataka working on their own, with or without directives of government, they run their government and showed their regional superiority to the other states. They utilized their own resources and showoff the power of regional parties. 

Recent NITI Aayog (National Institution of Transforming India), made end of Nehruvian's socialist economy. Joseph Stalin brought the five year plan to develop the Industrialization of Soviet Union. Nehru thought of bringing agrarian development and brought Planning commission in 1950. This will shed the light on State issues and bridging the Central and State Government.  Main objectives of NITI aayog are economic development, ecological maintenance, skill development, entrepreneurial support, mixed agricultural production etc.,
